Donella Meadows

Environmental scientist and systems thinker who wrote “Thinking in Systems” - the foundational text on understanding interconnections rather than isolated problems. Meadows demonstrated that most “problems” are actually symptoms of larger system dynamics. Her work on leverage points showed that small interventions in the right place within a system create more change than massive efforts in the wrong place.
